1. About the service
StatsHero (the "Service") is a web-based app for recording, visualising and sharing football match statistics. The Service is provided by Mauricio Rojas ("we", "us"), who operates StatsHero as a sole trader, and is accessed via statshero.se or connected domains.
2. Account
To save matches in the cloud and access Pro features you need an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
3. Free and Pro
The Service is offered in a free version with limited functionality and a paid Pro version billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown on /pro. Pro renews automatically until you cancel.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, taxes and payment-related customer service. By purchasing Pro you also agree to Paddle's terms.
5. Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not made substantial use of the Pro features. Refunds are processed via Paddle.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, upload malicious code, send spam, harass or harm others, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe these rules have been violated.
7. Intellectual property
All code, design and trademarks belong to StatsHero. The statistics you log yourself belong to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is delivered "as is". We do not guarantee error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost data or missed matches.
9. Termination
You can cancel your Pro subscription from your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
