1. Data controller

Mauricio Rojas, sole trader operating StatsHero, is the data controller for personal data you provide in the Service. Contact: support@stathero.app.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address and optional display name.
Match data: statistics, team names and events you record yourself.
Payment data: handled by Paddle. We never store card details.
Technical data: IP address and browser type, for operations and security.

3. Legal basis

Processing happens either to perform the contract with you (account, Pro subscription) or based on legitimate interest (secure operations, troubleshooting).

4. Retention

Account data and match data are kept as long as your account is active and thereafter for up to 12 months, or until you request deletion.

5. Data sharing recipients (processors)

We use the following service providers:

Supabase / Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, hosting)
Paddle.com Market Limited (payments, billing)

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us to exercise your rights.

7. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session management. No third-party tracking cookies.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are stored hashed. Only authorised personnel have access to production data.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
